Elementary School Students Get Excited About STEM & Energy
Lagcoe started hosting the Little Energizers Program, which aims to introduce young minds to the exciting world of energy through hands-on activities, interactive exhibits, and engaging workshops. By providing a fun and interactive learning environment, the Little Energizers Program offers children the opportunity to explore various aspects of the energy industry and careers in STEM. In May we hosted the program at Mire Elementary School, and in June we hosted the program at Cathedral Carmel School. Lagcoe Future Energy Professionals Scholarship Recipients Selected!
Lagcoe is thrilled to announce the winners of the Lagcoe Future Energy Professionals (FEP) Scholarship program. These outstanding individuals have attended our Energy Fest - the Lagcoe Expo, and demonstrated exceptional academic achievement. The FEP Scholarship aims to support and empower the next generation of professionals interested in pursing a career in STEM. Thanks to events like the Golf Tournament, we are able to continue awarding these scholarships to high school students planning to pursue a degree in a college or university in Louisiana. Lagcoe congratulates the scholarship recipients and looks forward to witnessing their continued growth and success as they contribute to shaping the future of the world.
