The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Lagcoe’s office and supporting the Executive Director. This full-time position requires a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, and providing essential support for events and programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding administrative support.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily administrative functions of the office. This includes scheduling meetings and appointments, managing office supplies, and serving as the receptionist. You will also assist in planning and executing events and programs, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively. In addition, you will provide general administrative support to the executive team, helping to streamline operations and maintain a productive work environment.
