2022 Mentorship Program

Continuing the tradition of connecting current and future energy industry leaders, LAGCOE plans to once again facilitate the Professionals of LAGCOE Mentorship Program. The program previously connected more than 30 mentor/mentee pairs and facilitated the important conversations that need to happen to ensure a pipeline of prepared, qualified energy senior and executive leaders.

With the focus on providing a support network for the Professionals of LAGCOE, we hope with this program to help bridge the gap by matching experienced inspirational leaders with young professionals who can gain career, personal guidance, and direction through their mentors’ experience.
