Frank Syfan severed as the president of Amoco production. The Amoco Corporation was founded by Standard Oil Company in Indiana but currently owned by BP. Syfan was part of Lagcoe’s first board members and executive committee before and after his tenure as chairman. He was also an actively committed to ensuring the success of Lagcoe exhibition and participate in the exhibition.
