Ray A. Todd was part of Lagcoe’s first Board of Directors and severed as part of board member for a long time before becoming the chairman in 1986. Todd was an active member of Lagcoe and still volunteered during Lagcoe events even after retirement. He was the founder of Service Truck Lines.
