Ted Russell was the vice president of drilling and capital projects from manager of engineering and operations. He has more than 30 years of domestic oil and gas experience in drilling, workover operations, asset management and production operations with offshore Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Coast expertise.

Russell earned a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from Mississippi State University and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the American Association of Drilling Engineers (AADE). He is also a registered professional engineer and a former chairman of the Louisiana Gulf Coast Oil Exposition (LAGCOE).
