Alfred Thomas II earned the Lagcoe Looey 2013 title in recognition of his 50-plus years of service in the oil and gas industry. Thomas’ dedication has molded the industry and his developed improvements have contributed significantly to advancements in oil and gas exploration. He co-founded the Clean Energy Association to balance environmental concerns with industry growth. He is also the founder of the American Explorer Inc., in 1985. He served as the chairman of Lagcoe from 2004-2005. Although he retired in 2003, he is still fully attached to the oil and gas sector and an active member and supporter of Lagcoe. He has been serving as volunteer in Lagcoe for more than 25 years. Thomas is known to share his success credit with those who formed and supported him in all his endeavors.
