Lafayette, Louisiana — Lagcoe has announced its newly elected Board of Directors for the 2026–2028 term, bringing together respected leaders from across the energy industry to help guide the organization’s continued growth and impact.
Serving as Chairman of the Board is Justin Courville of Pelican Engineering, a longtime supporter of Lagcoe who has been actively involved in advancing the organization’s mission. Courville has contributed to several Lagcoe initiatives over the years, including supporting the growth of the Professionals of Lagcoe and helping strengthen engagement among emerging energy professionals.
Joining Courville in the Board’s leadership are Greg Hernandez of Arena Offshore as Incoming Chair, Doug Voisin of Pharma-Safe Industrial Servecis as Treasurer, and Keith Seilhan of Veris Global as Past Chair.

The Lagcoe Board of Directors provides strategic guidance and industry insight to support the organization’s programs, events, and initiatives while helping strengthen collaboration across the energy sector.
